Network optimization

First time network protocol optimization complete. The average network load is now about 48% of previous version of our protocol. That speeds up both node-to-node protocol and JSON-RPC answers. Node-to-node is 25% faster in average. And JSON-RPC response is 15% faster. SDK updated to suit new features too.
